Terms & Conditions — KK222 Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the access to and use of the KK222 online gaming platform (hereinafter "Platform", "KK222" or "we/us/our") by any individual who registers an account or otherwise uses the Platform's services (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you").

KK222 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan, offering sports betting, live casino, virtual games and related content. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Player under a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain Platform functions (including withdrawals) may be accessed.
• "Operator" means the entity responsible for operating the KK222 Platform and its associated services.
• "Platform" means the KK222 website accessible at https://kk222.cam and any related mobile interfaces or applications.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, informational and entertainment services made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable Balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rup ee, the lawful currency of Pakistan, used as the display currency on the Platform.

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the Operator, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform's Services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or officer of the Operator, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended or terminated by the Operator for breach of these Terms or any other policy.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into this Agreement.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must ensure that this information remains up to date throughout the duration of your Account. You may update your details by contacting Player Support.

• You must provide your real name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (e.g., your Pakistan Computerised National Identity Card — CNIC — or valid passport).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify KK222 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• KK222 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

KK222 is required to operate identity verification procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and the Operator's licensing requirements. You may be required to complete KYC verification at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal request.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include:

• A valid Pakistan Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• A valid Pakistani or internationally recognised passport
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), where required
• A selfie or liveness verification image holding the submitted identity document

KK222 reserves the right to suspend access to certain Platform functions — including withdrawal processing — pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request may result in account review or closure.

All deposits must be made using payment methods authorised by the Operator and listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• The Platform displays account balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. Actual processing currency may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits may be adjusted at the Operator's discretion.
• KK222 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and will only be processed once all applicable requirements have been satisfied:

• The Account holder's identity must have been verified through the KYC process prior to withdrawal approval.
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the Account's balance must be fully met, or the relevant bonus forfeited, before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The Account must be in good standing, with no outstanding disputes, fraud investigations or policy reviews pending.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified in the cashier section.

Processing times are subject to the Operator's internal review cycle and the timelines of the relevant payment provider. KK222 does not guarantee specific payout timeframes. For the most current withdrawal processing estimates, refer to the cashier section or contact Player Support.

KK222 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other incentives to registered players. All such promotions are governed by these Terms and by any specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Balance.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and will typically be used first when placing wagers, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address and device, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• KK222 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting or circumvention of eligibility criteria — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

• Bets are only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been generated by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify confirmation before assuming a bet has been accepted.
• KK222 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, at manifestly incorrect odds or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of wagering.
• In the event of a software or system error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts or game outcomes, KK222 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore balances to their pre-error state.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or voided at any time due to technical issues, data feed interruptions or changes in match status.
• Cricket markets, PSL fixtures, ICC T20 and bilateral series betting are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published within the sportsbook section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Opening, operating or using more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial or other gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks or misuse of payment systems.
• Using the Account of another person or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or any strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms.

KK222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, accessible through the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for defined periods. Once the limit is reached, further play in that period is restricted.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts notify the player when a defined session duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time through Player Support. KK222 will action self-exclusion requests promptly and without requiring justification.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications display session duration and net gaming result.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software code and the overall selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of KK222 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of KK222.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KK222, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Services.

KK222 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely or error-free basis, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

KK222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable Platform policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Access from a jurisdiction where the Services are prohibited.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or payment provider.
• Insolvency or bankruptcy of the Account holder.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting Player Support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Account holder. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as specified in the Operator's licensing documentation.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that the Platform operates under an international licensing framework and that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose independent restrictions on their participation. It is each user's individual legal responsibility to seek appropriate legal advice regarding their obligations under applicable local law. KK222 does not provide legal advice.

KK222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, KK222 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users through on-platform notification or email communication to the registered address on file.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure.
